Happy Easter

Yes, I can hardly believe it is Easter all ready. I'll have a few pictures to come but I've had a great trip so far. I drove down with Monika, and Amanda. I've been very busy being Auntie Heather playing, playing, dancing, hiding Easter eggs, you get the idea. My Mom hasn't stopped feeding me since I got here. I'm not looking forward to the scale at home. But it all tastes so good!

Interviews

Well I decided to give the whole finding a new job a whirl. Now I have all my evenings eaten up with interviews. Four to be exact. I hope and pray I will find the right fit in one or all of them and that it will be a clear easy decision as making decisions is not my strong point. Please pray that I will be in the office that God wants me in wherever that may be.

WORK?

Yes this is me at work with my friend Kathy. Since about January I have started to enjoy going to work at UBC. It was so different at first but getting to know all my co wokers and the student has been great. I've never laughed so much at work before. Please pray for me as of May 5th my contract at UBC is finished and I either need to reapply or find a new job and I'm not sure what I should do yet. Thanks... I'll be sure to keep you posted on the situation.

Yes, it is true... last weekend I got paid to make cards for a friends scrapbook store that is just opening up. It is so cool because I never imagined that I would one day actually sell my cards. It was really fun and I got to use whatever I wanted from the store I was like a kid in a candy store or maybe just me in a candy store! Anyways tonight is the grand opening party so it should be really fun I'm looking forward to it. For those of you that are down here my friends store is called Memory Lane Scrapbooking and it is on 4th and MacDonald.

New Hair and New Friends

Last night Amanda (my roommate) and I went and got our hair cut. Combined we cut off about 15"of hair! It was a fun spontaneous night. I just hope I will be able to style my new do on my own and have it look as good as when Margo does it.
