Ho Ho Ho

Merry Christmas... This Christmas has been so fun. Having kids around always makes it so exciting. Our theme for presents this year was entertainment... so everyone got games to play together, music to listen to and puzzles to make. Better go...

Riley and Liam Don't Look!

Here is my labour of love tonight. I had fun making all this playdough but it is kinda messy and totally dyed my hands! I guess the best way to add the colour is when you put the water in but... I wanted different colours from the same batch. Ahh well . I just hope the little guys will have fun with it and maybe us adults can use it for cranium and have a few laughs of our own!

Also have you guys seen these new stamps they have no price on them? What is with that? Anyways I got my last two Christmas letters in the mail today. Yeah:)

New Duds

Yeah... My jacket has arrived. Fits great. Now I'm ready for it to storm in Vancouver! Bring it on.

Twin Pictures

So, I'm so glad it is Monday! The weekend was so busy. Friday I was full of running around and in the evening I helped my sister-in-law do up a seating plan for her best friends wedding... the next day! It turned out really nice( I thought... ) Saturday I was Super Auntie. I watch Ava all morning while Bri and Glen attended the wedding. We had lots of fun went for a walk, played with blocks, had lunch and played more and then she gave in to her nap time. Man that is alot of work. All you Mom's who do it all day everyday. I'm impressed. Kids just have so much energy and she is not even walking yet. Later on Jan and I went to Granville Island and smelled the roasted chestnuts and got coffees. We went so see "Stranger Than Fiction." We almost missed it because we got majorly lost in the metrotown mall! Pretty funny we were trying to find the station square theater... needless to say Jans sense of direction is always better than yours truly. Sunday was Church and out for lunch, and Willingdons' Christmas production in the evening. It was a great performance for those of you who live down here. The live big band was sweet. Gotta love live music. So now... one more week of work to get through. I have a feeling it will go by in a blink.

Christmas at my House

Well it is getting closer and closer. It will be less than a week until I'm home. I can hardly wait. Not really for Christmas but just to be together as a family. Also having my Mom make me awesome meals and is so nice. It just always tastes better when someone else makes dinner. Some Christmas traditions I'm looking forward to are. Chinese food on Christmas Eve, Christmas morning "Wifesaver" brunch, the Fruit Cup (Davidson/Alard hockey game), and playing a ton of games with my family.

Snow

Sorry I'm a little behind. I've been doing stuff. I'm not sure what all exactly but, Christmas shopping, getting my passport ready, online dating (which takes up ALOT of time) and I met two guys (both of which I'm not interested), watching Greys Anatomy, Jan took me to Body Worlds (AMAZING) at science world, Christmas card making classes, had my staff Christmas party, shopping on itunes (very $ dangerous), drinking Baileys and hot chocolate (almost everynight... yummm). I have the best sented oil from body shop. I have three faves right now, pine, mulled cider, and snow. I've been really enjoying lighting the little tea light every evening that I'm home and making my sweet lil suite cozy. Come on over I've got lots of Baileys:)

Borscht Gone Wild

I woul just like to say I'm not sure who post photos of their freezer but... hey... here it is. So this winter I have been cooking up a storm and freezing all my left overs into servings pour moi. This is how much Borscht I had left over even after unloading a crock pot full to my poor sister in law :) Thanks Bri, he he he
